Hello from Oklahoma

Looking at a 3160RL, this will be our 4th RV in 9 years. Current 5ver is a Open Range 345RLS. We really have liked this camper, but we have no interest in Highland Ridges current floor plans. My wife really likes the 3160, so we are looking for one currently.

Happy Campin'

According to their web site, Dean's RV Superstore in Tulsa has a 3160RL in stock. Just out your backdoor.

If you google Montana 3160RL for sale, you will find lots of them across the country generally with listed prices. You can use that information for negotiating with your preferred dealer, or whatever dealer you find that has one.

Welcome to the forum from Arizona. We bought our last two in Michagen 2000 miles from home. But the price for the model we wanted was great. Don't be afraid to travel to get the best price for what you want.

Welcome from a 3160RL owner. We love ours, picked it up in Feb. 6500mi on it in the last month and it did great. Our last 5'er was a couple feet longer but this floorpan feels much roomier to us. Good luck with your shopping!

This forum is a great resource for Montana information. Your questions will be welcome and you will find those who have gone before you for nearly every item you need to more information on. I don't know how other brands do with their owners, but this forum is one of the best things about owning a Montana.

Welcome from Colorado. We have the 3160 and absolutely love it. We are heading out again Friday, having already spent about 11 weeks in it already this year. Enjoy the forum and welcome.

Cut a deal with Dean's RV after some comparison shopping and the usual arm twisting. Got a unit me and DW looked at last week. Should take delivery within the next few weeks. This ain't our first rodeo, this will be our 4th camper in 9 years.

Happy Campin

Did you get the 3160? The Rocky Mountain Regional Rally in September would be a good way to break in that new Montana.

Got an appointment at Dean's RV to pick up our new 3160 next Monday. Can't wait to take it on it's shakedown trip to a local CG.

Well, no shakedown trip yet, but found enough gremlins in the driveway to warrant a trip back to the dealer. It's a short list for the most part.
#1. screws for 50 amp receptacle stripped in coach. Need to re-install and seal around perimeter of receptacle.
#2 Rear AC to roof seal needs addressed. Leaks out the DS intake grate when unit shuts off.
#3 Toilet ball seal is compromised. Won't hold a bowl of water for more than 40 seconds.
#4. One of the pinch latches on a cabinet door beneath the hutch is mis-aligned by about a mile (or 2", by eyeball measure)
Now for good news, as soon as I got it home I swapped out the E rated bombs for some Hartland ST235 /85 R16 129M G BSW. Discount Tire even gave me $120 for my "old" ones.
