We have made reservations also....will arrive Friday the 26th and have to leave on Sunday the 28th....we are probably the only ones not retired....but only 667 days before that magic moment.....hopefully.....

Well, I believe that gets us the discount for 10 units of more. That's good!
So here is a loose schedule of events:
Sunday AUG 21: Meet and Greet 7PM Site 115. Eric and Tina are your hosts! Drop in and say hi! We'll gel some loose plans for the week
Monday Aug 22: Kick Off! A White Board will be posted at site 115. We'll be writing in where we are going and what we'll be doing. Feel free to join us, or post your own, so we can join you!
In the area: Busch Gardens, Kings Dominion, Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown Battlefield, Jamestown Settlement, Berkley Plantation, to name just a few!
Rollercoasters...they're happening! You will find me on them! Busch Gardens anyone?
Tina and I are planning a Carraige Ride in Colonial Williamsburg. We have talked about it multiple times, but just haven't done it.
Do not forget about the Groupon discount that is availabe! Check this thread!
Thursday AUG 26: POTLUCK! Bring an app, dish or dessert! We may be doing this at the Campground Function room depending on weather. I will ensure that it is available.
Friday AUG 27: APPS and Drinks (Location?)

Norfolk Naval base tour is worth it also. The bridge/tunnel is also a must if you haven't seen it.

Hello there! I updated the front page with a few of the area things to do. In short no specific thing has been arranged. However Tina a ND I will be visiting Berkley Plantation one day, we'll also be going to Colonial Williamsburg. We will be catching a carriage ride while we are there.
I have a desire to do some Rollercoaster at Busch Gardens as well.
So yes! But perhaps we can nail down a specific day for an event. I can do that, but I don't want to step on toes of others if they have plans already.
How bout it folks?
Monday:
I will throw out colonial Williamsburg in the morning. Say 9am departure from AHRV park. That will get us there by 920am. For those interested lunch at one of the taverns on site.
