Seven Feathers Baggie Breakfast

9:00 A.M. Sunday, June 26 at the Pavilion

A Baggie Breakfast is a MOC tradition of placing raw eggs in a baggie with other great ingredients, boiling in a water bath for a few minutes, and making an omelet. Bring a one quart Zip Lock freezer bag with either one, two, or three eggs in the bag. Add your favorite ingredients, and we will cook your omelet for you. We will need more side dishes, potatoes, sweet roll, coffee cake, ham, fruit, etc. than ingredients for the eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, etc.

Please bring your own plates, utensils, and coffee cups.

We also need two large coffee pots, several burners and pots to cook the omelets, and volunteers to cook.

Please sign up below for what you would like to bring.

OK, I can bring bacon. I know a lot of this group and I see us aging (gracefully) and wanting to eat healthy. So, now I need to decide what kind of bacon to bring. I can bring turkey bacon, soy protein bacon, tofurky smokey maple bacon, coconut bacon - bonus it's gluten free, smart bacon made from veggie protein, duck bacon made from breast meat, beef bacon - has a beef jerky taste, Seitan bacon made from high gluten wheat, elk bacon made from elk and tastes different from venison bacon, and or canadian bacon (need to check cdn dollar exchange rate first before purchase).

Just put me down for bacon, I will surprise you!
