We had a bad repair while in Goshen from one of the satellite repair shops and yesterday when we picked up the coach, there were no charges. It is out of warranty. Way to go, Keystone.

We second that Thank You. We have also received great customer service from the Keystone Goshen facility in 2015. Our floor plan has a very long kitchen slide and all that slide weight caused a small hump/hill in floor between the island and stove and fridge area right on top of the I-beam frame, and the slide would rub on the floor covering causing scratches. They pulled the slide completely out and setting it on the shop floor then rebuilt the floor using steel supports and that took most of that hump/hill out. Then reinserted the slide and adjusted slide, repaired the floor damage/scratches reattached the facia and touched up the stains and thanked us for buying a Montana. This was in addition to the putting on new steps, re-stretching the carpet, and new front blue eye brow lights. On a side note, we practice being polite even when we don't particularly like the situation we find our selves. We don't know if that helped us out but it all happened and we are very thankful.

It is nice when you are taken care of buy a manufacture. Just wish quality control was better and then there might be less repair work needed.
