So, who all's comin' ?
Well...It's going to be in the 70's most of the weekend. We're going to pull out to Buffalo Bill Camp ground (just north of Buffalo Bill's Ranch)here in North Platte Nebraska. Campground is only 3 years old, but real nice....borders the North Platte River. We're probably going to rotisseree some slabs of pork ribs, 24-hour basted in my dads famous rib & butt rub. Let me know if you're going to be passing through and we'll set a plate for ya!
