Heated Flooring in Upper Deck

Does anyone have anything to share on the Legacy Package with the Heated upper deck? Does it turn on and off with an on/off switch, or is it controlled by a thermostat? Does it heat well or more for show? Tks

Just bought a new 2015 3440RL today with the Legacy package, there is a thermostat if I remember it is in the bathroom.
