15 minutes with a tech schedule
On Thursday, September 25 following the Ladies Driving School, each Rally participant will have the opportunity to have a RV Tech from Keystone Customer Service meet with them at their rig to discuss any issues they are experiencing. There will be seven Tech’s available for each 15 minute time frame. In order to sign you up I will need: Your name, your cell phone number (Canadians are the only ones exempt) and the last 8 digits of your serial number (can be found on a label on the front street side of your rig)(I'm also told it's on a plate on the pin box). I’ll add your site # once they are assigned. You can either post your requests here or email me your information at lcboyer@yahoo.com
In order to make this work for everyone Keystone has asked for our help. Here is what they have asked of us:
Out of respect to your fellow MOC members, we need to do everything we can to stay on the schedule. If it is determined an individual situation may need more time than has been allotted here, together we will decide on an additional follow-up time, place and method to continue our communications so we can do everything we can to
