Our 3625RE has arrived...
Our new 2014 3625re Big Sky has arrived at the dealer. We have been to the dealer three times so far to look at it. PDI next week some time.
On two of those days I came upon a technician working on our unit. He was checking every system, touching up paint on the hitch, coloring in some blemishes on the wood working and such. Also had water systems pressured up for two days. So far tech says mechanically no problems and found several small cosmetic items that are on order such as faucet scratched...
Wife had a few issues such as very small scratches on microwave and missing bar stools. So far Keystone has been excellent, I called rep and he has all parts on order.
Feel with the right dealer Keystone is an awesome product. I did get Keystone to take unit to Mor-ryde while in Indiana, I paid for IS and disc brakes.
Will forward pictures once at home. Needed to tell others that can appreciate a new Montana... Gonna be a long week...
For those curious of dealer, it is North Trail RV in Fort Myers FL. This will be the second new RV we purchased from them. First was a Jayco Travel trailer in 2009, which we had no problems with at all.

Nice to know that North Trail RV is well thought of by you. Haven't had an opportunity to buy from them yet, but it is good to know that they aren't ignorant of the Montana line since they are not that far south of the port charlotte area where we are. Check your microwave, if frigidaire, since there is now a recall. Models CFMV152CLB and CFMV154CLS, Serial number range, KG30607951 thru KG31600670. John

Congrats on getting your new rig! Would be interested if you stay happy with North Trail. We spend winters in Ft. Myers and that may be a better service dealer for me than Lazy Days in Tampa (where I bought my unit).

The trailer division of North Trail in Fort Myers Florida is located off of I-75, exit 139. That is Luckett Rd. There are two very nice adult only gated RV resorts within a mile of that exit to the east. One is about 14 years old and is known as Cypress Woods. The other is brand new and known as Cypress Trail Resort. They share a common border and the name "Cypress", otherwise there is no connection with ownership. Both resorts will rent, but the major thrust is to purchase a lot. We looked at both and bought a lot at Cypress Trail because of the value and, being new, it attracted a younger crowd. We decided to "winter" in Florida. Having said that, we purchased our 3625RE from a wholesaler in Michigan and we very much like the floor plan. We did have a few "warranty" issues when we came to Florida and took our unit to North Trail for service in Dec. We quickly learned that North Trail is not consumer friendly towards anyone not buying from their dealership. We found excellent service from Camping World located at the same intersection. They also sell Montana's. North Trail is under a huge expansion and are more focused on class A motor coaches than trailers. I'm sure you'll love the floor plan, especially the generous size kitchen. The layout is very functional. If you ever get the opportunity to stop by, we'd love to chat with you. We're at lot 471.

While reading your post I was thinking you must have bought from my dealer, Northgate RV, Ringgold, GA. They also check their units very carefully. Enjoy the new Montana!

We have used North Trail RV for extensive repairs and have been very satisfied. In fact, our 2009 340RLQ is going in on the 27th of June to check for frame flex and paid for by Keystone. Thanks, Keystone!
