Broken Ladder

On my 2010 Montana, the ladder rungs which attach to vertical supports have broken ends on three of the rungs. These are the black plastic end pieces with 3 screws that hold the rung in place. Have three that are broken and don't know how. I only weigh 150 lbs, so it could not have been me. Can you buy these at a dealership, or is there a special parts house to buy them?

I went to my dealer when some of them were cracked or broken and they just went out back and took some off an old later.....
I assume you could order some parts otherwise. (Easy to change out)

Don't know if these are the right ones, but etrailer.com has some.
Or here for end caps.

We had that problem, and while at the Rally a few years ago went to the Service Center and they gave a handful.

Is cthere a number for the Service Center? I haven't tried the dealership yet, but would like to have some new end caps. They have 3 screws on each end to hold in place.
