3715 RE Montanas

Does anyone have a 3615 RE? Any problems? What are you pulling with? I have a 2010 pulling with a 2010 dodge 3500 diesel 4x4 srw 4:10 rear air safe airbags. I replace my mor/ride pin box with a trail air tri glide. Not very happy with it. Bought at lippert in goshen last year drove 800 miles back home and it just about beat me to death. Just purchased a trailer saver bd3 air ride in truck hitch. Haven't got to try it yet but hoping for the best.

Sounds to me like you may not have ENOUGH pin weight.

That is an interesting question. How does your rig sit behind your truck?

Certainly should not be beating you to death. I would look at axle alignment, undercarriage suspension, hitch alignment and set up for level tow, wheel and rim condition, and truck issues such as a bad shock, or wheels out of balance.

We have had two customers who purchased Trailair Triglide revert back to Moryde. I recently towed a Toy Hauler to a show that had TA/TG. Now I understand why!

See the rigs in my sig. No towing problems at all other than slight chucking. Truck rides much nicer with Montana in tow.
I'd think you need more pin weight or you should check your hitch for problems.

The TrailAir Triglide works on weight, the more weight (pin) on it the better they work. If you're running a light pin it will rock back and forth easily causing Chucking.
Since it's patterned after the Demco Glide you can go to their site and see their explanation of how it works.
We're running approx 4K pin on our SOB and the Triglide works OK, but I think a good combo would be a Mor/ryde pin with the TrailAir Air bag.
