Question for 3725 owners

We are getting ready to do our inaugural run (outing) with the new 3725, to test everything out. One situation I've heard is that the closet doors, even when "locked" tend to "bang" around and do some damage to themselves. Has anyone else found this to be the case, and if so, what did you do to correct it? In looking at the situation, even with the doors "locked" there is give/movement in them and I could see where they might beat themselves up a bit.

Thanks all.

We have not had an issue with any of our doors. If fact, my better half was sick on a trip and needed to stay close to a bathroom and stayed in the bedroom during a leg of travel. We kept in touch with a FRS radio. I just asked her and she stated that there was no movement or rattle from closet, bathroom, or bedroom doors. Our closet door latch is really hard to lock but I would not change it, because it works.

We solved our closet door problem with bungee cords and cup hooks. Holds the doors open and against the stops during travel.

We have not had any issues with our closet doors. Upon arriving at all of our destinations, all closets and cabinet doors were just the way we left them. We do not use any extra devices to keep them closed.

Hook is right, you can't solve the problem with the doors closed and hooked. Mine jumped out of the tracks top and bottom. Hook and I reattached them top and bottom, but now I have a flat bungee cord hooked around them to hold them open while traveling. It's survived I-95 twice now.

I have only towed mine one time since purchasing it a few weeks ago, and that was just a 200 miles trip. We kept them locked closed and everything seemed okay. However, prior to leaving dealership their carpenter shop had to fix the trim on one side that was working out on that door. Prior to leaving SW Florida next month I will be re-doing the trim on the other door. For mine it was the long pieces of quarter round trim attached to the edge of each door that was working loose from the door.
