Survey, anyone?
We're on our fourth Keystone product, our third Montana, and lo and behold but what should appear in the mail?  A nice letter from Keystone asking us if we would please fill out an online customer satisfaction survey of our latest Keystone product, the 3725.  Of course, we complied.  Anyone else gotten a survey request letter from Keystone?  It was a first for us!

I got one, it was done on-line. It even had a comments section, so I told them what mods I did and what I thought what should be added in future models.

We received one. I think they should wait a bit longer to send it out. Would probably get a bit better feedback once the owner had spent more time with the unit if that is their intention with the survey.

I received one shortly after purchase. filled out on line. left comments as well, as stated by others would have been nice if they would have waited a little longer. If I recall most of the questions were on the dealer and the prep of the unit, but if I have a hard time remembering what we are talking about. Merry Christmas??????????

Apparently ours got lost in the mail also. Based on our experience with the 2011 3150RL and Greeneway RV they probably purposely didn't send us one.
