I was worried myself so I emailed him tonight. He and Sue are fine, but the intense cold in KC has kept him working full time to help folks stay warm.

DOH, I guess I could have emailed him also. We're in Del Rio, Texas now and it's not supposed to be this cold here. Got my brain scrambled. Glad to hear he's working so hard, but I feel sorry for him as he and Sue are only 100 miles north of our home base and it was -11 degrees yesterday night. It ain't supposed to get that cold in Missouri.

He sent me pictures of what he's working on now. I brought a microwave/oven home from the Rally for him to replace his. Turns out it's a newer model so he's now transferring the guts and making them fit in the old case so he can reinstall it in his rig. Looked like a great cold weather project.
