Coldest full timing contest

We are fulltiming in SW Washington state and it is 24 degrees as I write this. Can anyone fulltiming beat this cold spot? Looks like it's going to last awhile! Heading to Quartzite next month

Update 12/5/13 Woke up to 17 Degrees this morning

Carolyn Matthews can. And so can Icehouse. Believe both are reporting sub zero temps right now. I bow, in humbleness to all.

The coldest we've fulltimed is -35 to -40 degrees. We've been below 0 for weeks here. We just climbed above zero yesterday. Carolyn & Wayne and Bernie & I love our cold-timing!

Sheepdogs are bred for cold weather. Make a big pot of Slumgully and a big fire. Man up! Yet if I were you, I'd hook up and head south! HOOK

Been there and done all that. Now that it's off the bucket list, Yuma is the place.

21* here in Omaha at the present time with snow flurries and showers expected tonight. Suppose to get down to about the single digits tonight with highs in the upper teens for the next couple of days. I'm just sitting here in the S & B recovering from knee replacement so it can get as cold as it wants, I'll be "snug as bug in a rug" but sure glad I'm not out there on the streets anymore delivering all that mail and packages this time of year! Stay warm folks and keep those pipes warm and the wheels on the road!!

Looks like we have a winner here; Icehouse ColdTiming in AK! Oh, and for info, I wasn't complaining about the cold,
I was a bragging! Long ago I lived 10years in Massena NY and we would compete for the coldest spot in the lower 48. But that was not in a RV. Wonder if I can put a woodstove in my 3150RL?

You know, Sheepdog, you can. There's a couple of RVs in the park where we're staying that DO have woodstoves in them. Makes me a wee bit nervous... I'll happily pay for my propane and stay cozy that way. Currently, I have it a balmy 70 degrees inside. It's currently about 10 degrees at the campground.

And we're originally from GA. We love it up here!

Wow, I guess I won't feel sorry for myself after all. It was 22 this morning and next Monday night the low will be 6 above. Still got 10 days before we head south.

One reason for the RV is to get away from all that cold stuff. Glad you all like it...but IMHO, you can keep it.

76 with a little overcast here today. Outlook of maybe 80 tomorrow. You could be here in 6 days. Are you a "snowbird sheepdog"? I'm sure that Judy would enjoy this weather. No contest, warm is better. Y'all come on down now, ya heah! We'll leave a light on for ya.

Thanks Hook, someday we'll get there, but for now I'm getting used to hugging propane bottles!

Yes, the wheels are for moving to warmer climates and we use them. Cheers to all who endure the cold. Florida Christmas week is sounding even better now. Forecast mid's 70's during the day.
