Hope that cover is not air tight. If it is, you'll have a mess come spring.

One of the good things about finally making it to full timing - no need for a cover.

Winterized mine Friday. Was hoping for one more trip and just could not make it happen.

Or at least "long time" spending the winters in FL, or somewhere else summer-like in the winter months. We have had our 3400 for 7 years now and have never has to winterize it... or cover it...

We have to winterize ours a couple of times, since we always head south for Thanksgiving. Usually winterize the first sign of temps below 30 and then re-winterize before heading back after the annual Thanksgiving trip. I do visit it a couple of times over the winter to exercise the generator and do some modding!

Nope, plenty of room to breathe.

We agree, head south. Winterizing to us means to put the skirting around the bottom and hook up the heater to the 100lb propane tank. Gets kinda cold up here in the Arizona Mountains at night. We're heading south as soon as this assignment is over in January.

Hoped to not have to blow out the water lines this year but didn't make it as we don't leave for AZ until Dec. 2. (Not gonna travel over Thanksgiving Weekend.) DQDick, will try to get to your winter gig and look you up once we settle in at Tucson next month.

I do not envy your having to wait till spring. One of the nice things about living in Texas is we camp all year round. I am not sure I could go months without camping.

Winterized ours yesterday. Even with fairly mild winters on the west side of the cascades we do get some nights below freezing.
May only be for a few months. We love going to the ocean in the winter.

Richfaa, you are hilarious... cruel, but hilarious. Good thing you have the snow plow package on your TV, so you can plow your way outta the snow on your way to wherever you go to avoid the winter. Just curious where you store the plow when you aren't using it. Hopefully it fits in your rig somewhere.

Yeah, it stinks I guess, but it's always been the way around here. Makes you appreciate the time you DO have to camp. Besides, it gives me a chance to go over the whole camper looking for potential problems, like the caulking on the roof, fix little things and clean, clean, clean. Winterizing for me is a huge undertaking. Some of the stuff I do probably should be done periodically throughout the camping season, but rarely does.

Winterized last week, but will still head to the beach in the near future. As long as CW keeps sending me those $10 coupons, I'll just get more pink stiff on their dime. Got four plus gallons sitting in the garage for future use this winter after trips.
