Monte in hibernation

Monte's all but put to bed for a long winter's nap. The only thing left is to pull the battery and I think I'll have my grandson do that as I am still restricted on lifting heavy items.

Head for Florida on Halloween and put that house on the market. Hope we can sell it with a minimal loss but either way it needs to be done.

Too short a season due to health restrictions, here's hoping for a better RV season in 2014. If there's a Florida luncheon planned we may be able to touch base with those we missed in Goshen.

Hi

I can tell you that houses on very large parcels of land are not selling at all.

In 6 months of intensive advertising domestic and international we have had only 2 inquires.

Where is your house located? Mine is in Belleview about 10 miles from Ocala on 1/4 acre. Nice subdivision with a recreational park about 3 blks away.

With our situation of hosting the music program at Alice Springs RV Park in Michigan, we are not thinking about pulling the 5er to Florida. However we are looking into buying in Florida. Could you send me more information on the house you are selling, such as location, size, and some info on the house itself, and of course asking price. We have some we have considered but are still in the market. Thanks and Happy Trails, Steve and Susie
