Mentoring for First Timers

For first timers that might feel anxious about surviving in the middle of the Arizona desert with no hook-ups, attending the “Circling of the Montanas” at Quartzsite is a great way to learn how to boondock while having a strong support network around you. Trust me, we know! When Linda and I arrive at our first Circle in Jan. 2012, we had Janet and Rollie Newman as our mentors. With the Newman’s as our anchors and all the additional knowledge surrounding us, we found we were without nothing! We learned a ton, made lifelong friends and had a blast. So we'd like to set up mentors for first timers that think they would benefit from the wisdom and experience of our veteran boondockers. If you'd like to have a mentor to "show you the ropes" please PM me. Likewise, if any experienced and seasoned Quartzsiters would like a to act as mentors also please PM me. Once we get to 'Q', we'll begin the assignments and pair up accordingly. See you at the 'Q'!
