buffing streake on new exterior

Hi all, Does anyone know if keystone buffs the exterior prior to shipping the units to the dealers? Reason asking , We just picked up our 2014 High county from the dealer having some warranty work done. The water heater smoked up the side of the unit and needed to be adjusted. We then noticed there was buffing streaks all along the side of the unit. The dealer insists on they do not do any buffing to remove the smoke that was on the side. They informed me to call keystone to see what can be done Any information on how Keystone preps the units for shipping would be helpful.

Thanks everyone

How did the dealer explain how they got the smoke off the unit?

They do buff them. My Big Sky has swirls in many places. Hand waxing will usually take care of it.

The service tech: said they used just a standard cleaner to remove the smoke. Once we pointed out the wax on the level bubble that I installed, he then said they used wax but no buffing was involved. This looks like its going to be a finger pointing contest between the dealer and keystone.

Hmmm doubt the guys at the dealership would hand wax your rig after cleaning it, pretty common for someone to grab a buffer....but as said you can try waxing it or find someone that is experienced at buffing and let them try to buff it out....
