Amen to that. Thought I'd have gotten out more by now. That old work thing keeps getting in the way.

Add me to the back to school list, but around here that's the middle of August with the exception of Labor Day.

Boy, isn't that the truth?! We had a very relaxing two month trip that started mid-April and ended in mid-June with everyplace being packed to capacity and just plain NUTS!

I agree, it went fast! I was getting where I thought I could relax from all the HVAC service calls and installs, but came home yesterday and Sue had half the carpet and pad tore up, rolled up by the door and announced that we were tiling the great room and hall.. groan...
No rest for the wicked...

My July, ending a three month stay at the beach, was washed out. 24 days of rain out of 31 according to the weather service. I felt it was more. Oh well, at least the roof is clean. Now it's back in storage until November.

We are also looking forward to mid- to late-August to get here - kids in school, less expensive campgrounds that once again accept PA and no need to plan ahead just to get a spot.
