Sorry, sounds good, but neither Keystone or Mor/ryde are interested in dealing with the problem.

I know for a fact it is a Keystone problem, and so does Mor/ryde, thus Mor/ryde is not doing anything, and Keystone is taking the position it is not their problem.

I have stopped payment via credit card, so we will see if anyone gets excited when the charge is reversed. If it is???
Interesting.. I missed what the problem was??

Does this look right to you? We are looking at spring hangers bent inward.

The problem is Dexter specs the hangers @ 1.82"-1.94" wide. The hangers that Lippert welded on are 2.059"-2.062" wide. That is about a 1/4" too wide. In fact they would be almost perfect for a 2" wide spring. But my springs are 1.75" wide so when you put a narrow spring in a wide hanger, hold one side square to the spring, the other side has to bend in 1/4" as seen in the pictures, plus the 4 wet bolts will not take grease on the spring ends.

I sent the Dexter specs to Keystone, but since I have to deal with a "customer service/not" person, I do not know if the specs were relayed to someone in technical services. The reply had no mention of the hanger being too wide, just it was not their problem.

Got a $1,100 credit on my card this morning,(from the X Factor Install charge @ the dealership) so maybe now someone will look into this.

And Yes, the Marathon's are gone and in their place are Duravis 250's.

So it is a Lippert or dexter problem not a Mor Ryde problem. How did they respond. The axle assembly comes from Dexter fully assembled Keystone just installs them. Keystone does not weld the hangers .How is not paying the dealer who I assume had no dog in this fight going to get results. Have you talked to Dexter and or Lippert .Your pictures show the problem. Dexter and Lipert need to see them..
