While on the road, one of our outlets and the AC operation of our refrigerator quit. One outlet on slide still works. I'd like to set up time to have repaired at rally. What is the process i.e. Keystone contact number and is it best to get there early or stay late?

Here's what I would do. No guaranty, however. Call Keystone customer service. Ask for a supervisor (probably won't get one, but ask). Explain that you have these problems and a time for the Tech visit at the Rally. Also explain that there is a waiting list of folks to get their tech visit. Ask if you could come in to the service center to have your problem looked at and thus free up another spot for the 15 minute team leaving them less folks on the waiting list they have to find a way to deal with. If that happens let me know so someone else can have the spot. Hope that works for you. Otherwise you'll need to deal with it yourself or during your scheduled spot.
