If the tires and wheels are the usual 235/80R16, the documented range is 110# to 120#. I use 115# right in the middle. Since some torque wrenches have a +/-4% accuracy, then I'm comfortable. My torque wrench goes up to 150# which is the requirement for my TV.

Different wheel/tire sizes might require something different. I'll never understand that an RVIA sticker puts the tire size and psi on their sticker, but why not the torque? They go hand in hand and are used often enough.
