Service Center - Daryl Retired

FYI - Daryl has retired from Keystone employment. We have lost a really good man who has helped many of us.

Carmen Westlake has taken his job in Customer Service.

We were just in the Service Center for four days, Carmen and Randy Mast were great and helped us out to resolve some issues.

Yes, Darrell was a great Keystone employee and I wish him well in his new endeavor. Likewise, best wishes to Carmen in her new position, look forward to meeting her!

Randy is a good guy and has been around for a while. I don't think I've ever met Carmen either, but I'm hopeful she'll keep the great customer service tradition going.
