X Factor Installed from Factory
Hello Group,
On the Mor/Ryde web site it indicates that if you buy the LRE4000 suspension to replace a stock center traveler, in the kit is the X Factor brace for the center location.
Those of you with a newer Montana with the LRE4000 installed @ Keystone/Lippert, did it come with the center X Factor brace?
Thanks Jim

Hello Group,
I'll answer my post. The LRE4000 as installed by Keystone does NOT come with the X-Factor brace.
If you had a trailer with a solid center traveler and you bought the LRE4000 to replace it, it would come with the X-Factor brace in the kit.
I had the dealer install X-Factor braces on all 3 positions, while they may not be needed, I feel better knowing I have them. When I get home, I'll do something with the China tires.
Jim

I think you made a good move by having all 3 X-Factor braces installed. I have a 2011 3580RL and had all 3 X-Factors installed and feel better about some of the tight turns I make at parks and at home backing in to the RV cover. Frame and spring shops all think they are real good.

When we were at the factory 2 yrs ago, I noticed that there were beams across the frame, one at all three support points above the belly cover. I asked about them and was told they were to strengthen the frame at those points. They were about 2"x2". I asked if they were the same as X factor and be said he didn't know what X factor was, but they had added those to prevent frame damage in tight turns. Does anyone know if they do the same thing?
