If you can sign up as soon as you can, that would be great but you still have plenty of time. We can probably take reservations up to a couple of weeks before the rally. We hope you can make it. You will probably win the prize for coming the furthest.

Well if there's a prize in it for us, then count us in! Nah, really, we just can't commit yet. Thanks for the info - promise we'll let you know as soon as we can.

The prize is a round of applause but it's well worth it.

A couple more and we will have record attendance for the Mid-Atlantic Rally. Looking forward to it, and am planning on new windshield wipers in the improbable, minute chance that an errant water balloon somehow gets knocked out of the sky by a passing bird and manages to land on the truck???

Bingo, You DO know that you're begging for it, don't you?
We now have 19 registered with 7 that have expressed interest but haven't registered as of yet. If your name is still black and have registered, please let me know so I can mark you as such.

You have it as green, which is correct. More MOCers, bigger potluck, happy tummy, all is good!

Reservations made this morning.
Got home from Florida on Wed. afternoon and low and behold 6 inches of snow on Thursday. Guess we should have stayed put for another week or so.

We are trying to make that work for us Steve. We had such a great time the last time we caravanned. That is a fairly long trip.
Did a quick check Mid Atlantic rally Aug 1 to 6 Great lakes rally Aug 8-13 distance between the two sites 636.7 miles. A overnighter but easily doable.

Twenty have now registered with the campground. A few that have expressed interest haven't as yet. This is a terrific turnout. A couple more and we'll break the record.

Jim - We are still holding out due to our son's return from Afghanistan. We would really like to be at the rally but we don't know just when he will be returning. As it looks now, we might be able to come to the rally first and then continue on to Fort Hood to be there when he returns to US soil. For now, we'll just be hanging loose!

May he return safely. Our youngest is to return about the same time, from his 7th tour. (Special Forces) What unit is your son in?

I will certainly pass on all of your well wishes and prayers. Larry - John is on his second tour, his first was to Iraq. John is in the 4th Brigade of the First Cav Division out of Fort Hood. He has his eye on Special Forces but doesn't know if that is really going to happen. Bless your son as well and his safe return.
Ted
