Something new, a heads up!

This year Keystone will be scheduling techs for one on one's with Montana owners during a three hour period at the Rally. They plan to spend 15 minutes with anyone who signs up talking about anything that needs to be talked about on the rig. Since they may turn up a serious problem that you only think is minor (happened to us last year) I'm trying to schedule this early in the Rally so that if a trip to the Service Center is needed it could possibly be arranged. That will mean that these consultations will happen while other events are taking place. Once I know when they are coming I will post a signup thread along with the schedule of what else will be taking place at that time. The reason for the early heads up is so you can discuss what if anything you want to talk about and do both of you want to be there or only one. That way you'll be prepared when I can post the sign up thread.

Even though I want to be the first to sign up, I doubt they will ever come to my unit. But, I'll still try!

Yesterday I had an issue I wanted to talk to them about and now I can't remember what the heck it was. I hate growing old! Sign me up anyway - maybe by then I'll remember what it was!

This was just a head's up. Once I know for sure what day they're coming I will put a signup post up. I'll know then what is running at the same time so folks can do a better job of asking for a time that works as well as possible for them. I'm like you Tom and so I've started a small note pad that I'm writing stuff down on. If someone wants to start a pool on if or better when I lose the pad and when or if I find it, there could be the opportunity for some money to change hands.

In your time warp was your 9/17 appt. in 2023 0r 2024?

We'll see if they will work on our 2004 unit also. Not much wrong but what is I'm concerned about or afraid to try to work on it myself! Just made a phone call and the odds in Vegas on you loosing and then finding the notepad again are 1200 to 1 and possibly climbing Dick!

Should be able to put up the schedule some time this week. I think the Customer Service guy in charge of this proposed the idea to me and then went on vacation. If I understood correctly he should be back this week and we can work out the times.
