Northeast Rally - Schedule- Help Request

This is what the schedule looks like at this point.

Tuesday, Jun 14th - Early arrivals
There are like 5 of us coming in this early.
I am hoping this group will help us fine tune the schedule.

Wednesday, June 15th - Day before Rally arrivals.
Would those arriving Tuesday like to greet arrivals this day?

Thursday, June 16th - Meet & Greet - building available. Would someone like to organize this?
This will be time to organize any group activities. We will provide information and suggestions.

Friday, June 17th - Lobster/steak dinner. Betty and I will organize this. Would two to four help in setup and cleanup this area?

Saturday, June 18th - Free time to enjoy individually or in groups.

Sunday, June 19th - Last day of Rally. Evening ice cream social. Would someone like to help organize this?

Monday, June 20th - Departure for those not staying for Windjammer Days.

Tuesday - Thursday, June 21-23. Many are staying for Windjammer Days. Organize at will.

Also put us down to help with setting up and cleanup on the 17th.

Jim-- It may not be JUST the new guys! Sure wish we were heading up there but just can't work it into our schedule! Some day it will come about!!
