Steve,
Just a thought. We have the P & R areas as pull throughs. These are large rows. We might want to gather at one end of the two rows and stay grouped up instead of getting spread out. This would leave room for others to use the rest of the rows we won't use.

They told me when I visited there a couple weeks ago, that we can have the sites in front of and beside the pavillion. That we we can all face the pavillion. I will be there either Tuesday night or Wednesday around lunch and can direct people in. We actually have most of that area so I don't think we will have too many, if any, neighbors. But a great idea for us to be close and together. Am working with Camping World in Statesville now to see how much they are going to help out. They assured me that they want to help since Montanas are their #1 seller right now. Looking forward to seeing everybody soon.

Steve, as long as they don't bring a display, we will be okay. Last time we had a display at the rally, certain unsuspecting attendees caught some kind of bug there that resulted in a major expenditure. Dang it, now that I think more about it, seems like I had something to do with the display model and the resultant expenditure!! I am so looking forward to this rally!!!

I may be behind the times, but did I miss a list of planned activities and requests for donations for things like the pancake breakfast, pot luck, meet and greet, etc?

Not yet..We decided the rally fee would be $25 per unit. At least half will go to MOC as donation. We will use some for plates, cups and eating stuff. I'll start another tread for signing up to bring stuff for the potluck and meet-n-greet.

door prizes will be given away from a drawing. each rv will be given a ticket at registration and the drawing will be Sat night. These are items that have been donated from businesses or individuals. White elephant is the exchange of items that we each bring. Rules for that are on another thread. If you have any businesses that are good about donating things, you might want to ask them for a door prize and bring it to be given away. Some ideas are gift cards, gas cards, tools, camping supplies, or anything that can be given away. It is also good advertisement for their business.

You can just set up in any of the sites in front of and down the side of the pavillion. These are Section P, sites 1-24 (that is 12 pull-thru sites) and Section A sites 1-14 (7 pull-thrus). Then we will move on down the rest of Section P or Section R. There are not any assigned sites, unless you want me to make a map and assign them. I will be there on Wednesday and we will settle up with the rally fee and the camping site fees when I get there. Any more questions, just ask. Look forward to seeing everybody soon.
