First replace the battery in the key fob. Can you perform the reset/reprogramming procedure? Here is a link to it: http://www.lci1.com/LIP/0113.pdf If you cannot perform the reset procedure or it doesn't correct the problem then remove all power from the rig, including disconnecting the batteries, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Reconnect all power and then perform the reset/reprogramming sequence again. If that doesn't fix the problem then it is probably the receiver again.
