2008 3650 for sale
Purchased in 11/08 to use for wintering in the south. Have decided not to go south, and we have no use for the rv. We have used it 6 or 7 times. It has the 10 ann. package, so it is fully loaded. NO damage. 4 slides, 2 flat screen tv's. Fireplace, king size bed. This unit is like new. email me at tommarum@midrivers.com for phtots. This retailed for $68000 in 2008. Asking $57000. Will deal.

tment, most folks get about a 25-30% discount off the retail price when buying new, perhaps you might want to take that into consideration in selling a now, 3 year old unit. It might help you sell it quicker. Of course, your asking price is entirely up to you. Good luck...

Actually I use PPL RV for a fair sample of what simular units are selling for.

after checking book values and prior sales, i am lowering the price to $48500. NADA av. retail for this unit is $58885. if you still think this is high, please make an offer.

FYI, I just sold an 07 3400 RL with everything including W/D, 5th Airborne pin box, dual A/C, king bed, garaged kept, transferable warranty, etc...for $36k.
A dealer told me he did not want a trade, the market is FULL of used TTs and 5th wheels.
