We plan to attend the Seven Feathers Rally 6/8 - 6/15. We enjoyed it last time and look forward to seeing everyone again. We will be on the look out for more details.

Have we gotten any idea what the cost will be yet? Not that it matters we are coming regardless. Also will you be wanting a deposit or will the park just take full payment when we arrive?

Did you hear us cheering yesterday when we got the news? The photo below explains it all. From several previous experiences selling property, we know that anything can and frequently does happen between the signing of a contract and getting the money into the bank, but we're still feeling a lot more cheerful than we have in months and months. We put our home up for sale the week we returned from the 2009 7 Feathers Rally, so it's time for some good news after nearly 2 years of watching the real estate market fall apart here, especially for recreational property, which is what we have. We're set to close on March 18th; we have to be out of the house no later than April 15th. It will be GREAT to be living in our Montana again!
We're looking forward to seeing you all at the June 7 Feathers Rally. Even if the sale falls through, we will still be there!
