Emergency Tire Service

As you can see from my profile, I have a Chevy C4500. It has 19.5 inch tires. I did not get a spare as my dealer told me that most medium duty truck owners use an emergency service that brings out the tire and replaces the bad one. I believe that because they're pretty heavy. I don't think I want to manhandle them.
What service do you recommend for emergency tire service while on the road?
