I'll have a small Nesco roaster with me that can be used for the breakfast if needed. It's just a 6-quart size, but it handles quite a bit of food, IMHO.

I'm not sure we "need" much else--maybe cream and sugar?
It's getting closer!!! Bill and I will be gone for 2 weeks, but ready to roll come early May!

Looks like a wonderful assortment of good food!!!!!
We probably have more than enough to feed the entire campground!
I'll bring some freezer quart baggies in case someone needs one.
