Friday Night Supper
Okay, How bout a crock pot supper? We will all want to be out and about during the day, so this is an easy way to get dinner done in a hurry! We'll need to remember to balance the choices. Let me know what you'll bring! Any leftover veggies from Friday's dinner can be used in a garden salad (can you tell I like salads?).
Bill & Lisa -Chicken & Veggie casserole, Salad Greens
Bingo & Cathy -Beef Stew
Garnett & Delores-Pulled Pork (& rolls?)
Salle & Samuel-Brownies & Cole Slaw
Peggy & Jack-Pierogies & Beets
Rosetta & George- Green Tomato Cake
Joyce H - Chicken Catchatore (sp)

I'll bring Pierogies (boy can you tell I'm from Pittsburgh?) and some beets for salad. This will be our first rally. We are so excited and can"t wait to meet everyone.

Have finally started getting ourselves organized for the MOC Mid Atlantic- VA Rally next week so you can put us down for Chicken Cacciatore for the Crock Pot Dinner.
