2007 Lake Siskiyou Rally BBQ
The caterer is booked and will barbecue on site over an oak fire, supplying beef tri-tip, chicken, beans, salad, bread and dessert for $15 (including tax and tip) per person. Individuals will supply their own dining utensils and drinks. We've used these folks before and I can vouch for the quality and quantity. You won’t leave hungry!
Supplies have to be ordered by the caterer on May 18th in order to arrive on the 25th and be prepared for the barbeque on Saturday, May 26th.
I’m requesting payment for the meal no later than May 17th for confirmation of the supply order. You will be notified when your payment is received. The checks will not be deposited prior to May 17th. If your plans change after your payment is received and I’m notified prior to May 18th, you will receive a refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given after the food order is made.
As of March 28th I've begun sending out e-mail regarding where to send payment if you're on the rally signup list.

We're onboard for the BBQ also. We have attended the last two rallys catered by that outfit and they are good. It's also nice not to have to worry about cooking something for a potluck.
