Keystone,
It would be great if you installed a single handle kitchen faucet. When rinsing a large pot or rinsing off the cutting board the items keep knocking the hot water faucet to the off positon due to lack of space in the sink.
Also washed dishes in the drainer can block the easy use of the cold water faucet.
An easy solution would be a top assembly single handle. It would be out of the way and the pot and faucet would not be competing for the same space in the sink.
Also, since I'm talking about faucets. Seriously think about doing away with the brass accent on the faucets. All it takes is for the screws in the top to work their way loose (usually secretly without the residents knowledge

) then water starts to seep in and you end up with these very ugly handles that look like something is growing under the plastic.
I have this problem in both the kitchen and the bath.I think an all stainless finish would look better and keep the nice new look longer.
Sincerely,
