I fear we won't be back for a while, Marge. Next year it will be Florida.....granddaughters are going to Disney and we've been invited to tagalong. And my brother just bought a small condo in Arizona so that's a draw. No Pepe's in our future, I fear.

Marge and John - Thanks for your efforts in pulling together the January MOC get-to-gether!
You can count us in (Ron, Vic and Dan) along with Bob and Mary Kay. Looking forward to the 18th. and visiting with you again.
Not familiar with Pepe's - traveling west from Donna on I-83, what exit would we take when we get to Mission? Thanks.

Have fun all you winter Texan's. My in-laws stay at Val's Kountry corrale very year and my Father in-law plays country western music (steel guitar) at Pepe's quite often. Stacy

Jim and Marcia: You have another MOC member up at the end of the street and to the left. They don't monitor the site too much. Maybe you could mention the get-together to them.

Unfortunately, the gathering at the show did not happen. My computer's fault. My wifi card died and I just got a new one installed. I did go but it was disappointing. There were three Mountaineers ( 2 5th wheels and one TT) and two Montanas. It was diasappointing at best.
Kathy and I will be at Pepe's on the 18th

Thanks for planning a get together for all of us at Pepe's. We enjoy seeing and visiting with the MOC members. We'll look forward to seeing you Thursday, hope it's not too cold as not much shelter there.

Al and I, along with John Bozarth and Marge Cronan wandered over there yesterday afternoon and we all had a great time. We thought the show was much improved over last year. Last year, much of it was out side, it was sunny, warm, windyyyyyyyyyy way windyyyyyyyyy and this year it was all under a roof. Not totally closed in, but under a roof, sun did not bother you, only place it was "windy" was down by the Montana area, and by the time we got that far, the breeze was most welcome, as we were a tad on the warm side.
We looked at a lot of other rigs other than Montana, comparing. Al and I had not done that in a few years, and it sure was a learning experience. Have to say we did not see ONE other type of rig we would even consider. Have to say, that over all, we felt that the workmanship and ideas were pretty lame. Our feelings were that there is a definative down turn in quality in most of the manufacturers.
Got a chance to chat with Keystone rep Kevin for about an hour, informative, he is just one more example of the really really nice people that work for Keystone.
Yep, there were only a few Montana's there, and nothing really new that we had not seen or heard of here on the forum. But, then, that was about the number we saw here last year at the show. SIGHHH, this is no Detroit or Tampa show. But, have to say, this was a much better show than last year, much better.

We took in the show today and really enjoyed it. Granted, there weren't a lot of Montanas but we always like looking at the "other brands". Then we come away and say "Gosh, I didn't see anything that I liked any better than what we have"!!!!
