Customer Service Representative Problem
I don't normally drop names but this one I will. In fact I would like to slam dunk it....This man has his feet in concrete and really likes to try peoples patience...He should be more careful and more sensitive towards the needs of others...WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND right guys! When we were in Ca. Keystone gave the rep 2 hours to put a day and night shade up...Today 3-23-06 Craig wanted to give the reps at Gardner's 3 1/2 hours total to take the bedroom slide out, repair the black sheet under the slide and reassemble the whole thing? And Craig would not budge...Finally after my blood pressure was sky high and I was at my wits end, someone from Keystone called Gardner's and set up some sort of a deal where it could be repaired there...Why did I even have to become involved in a warranty issue? Who ever that was that ok' d the time frame, thank you. My stress level went back down after I got the message that it was taken care of...But I still think that Keystone should monitor Craig and his attitude...This isn't just my complaint it is said by a lot of the MOC'rs that have had to deal with him...
