February 16th Get together
Our normal meeting/gathering time of each month is the 3rd Thursday of the month. That is February 16, 2006.
I am considering seeing if I can get us into Mr. Gatti's Pizza in McAllen. I must have a attendance count before I call.
SOOO, if you want to join us for all you can eat pizza the afternoon of February 16, 2006 NOW IS THE TIME to affirm your attendance!
Please post here, and be sure to indicate how many will be attending.
As meeting rooms tend to fill up quite early here, I think a deadline is in order, soooooo, lets see, how bout January 25th. The number posted here by then will be what I will reserve a room for.
Let the count begin!

Count us in, plus I will speak for 2 other MOCs - Kaye & Erwin Heins and Diana & Dan Dean. That's a total of 6. We will all be camping together at Tropic Winds in Harlingen for the month of February and none of us have ever attended a MOC get-together, so are looking forward to it!

OK, today is the deadline for head count on this gathering. Tomorrow I will call and see if they have a room large enough for us. We are a VERY FREINDLY group, but we don't want to be packed in like sardines, HA HA. thus the request for headcounts! Adding or changing the count later on creates some difficulties for the restuarants and seating.

Ok, small change, things did not work out at Mr. Gatti's, SOOOOO, here is the plan,
DATE: February 16, 2006
TIME: 2 PM
PLACE: Golden Corral, 4310 N. 10th Street, McAllen, phone: 956-630-0414. Room reserved in my name, room holds 50, I counted about 40 people, so we have a little room to add a few more!
They have an early bird special for seniors OVER 60 that starts at 2. You have to tell them when you pay that you are of age or not!
