Towing 2955 With 2500HD

I just purchased a Montana 2955RL 5er with an unloaded weight of 9600# (includes 60 gallons of water and full propane). I am picking up mu new Chevy 2500 HD, 6 liter gas pickup tomorrow - 9,200# GVW and 10,300# max tow weight.

I am concerned about being on the edge. Anyone out there with experience with these kinds of numbers?
