Items Needed for the Rally in Goshen in September
Here are just a few of the things we will need Members to donate for the Rally. If any one is able donate any of these items please e-mail us at greatlakesrally2005@yahoo.com or post it here.
I'm sure there are many more items needed and I've missed, if anyone has any suggestions for additional items please let us know.
We are planning on having a "Meet and Greet" event, a Pot Luck Dinner and a Pot Luck Breakfast. If anyone has any other ideas please share.

The Potvin and us will be doing "Omelet's in a Bag" for the Pot Luck Breakfast.
We will have the plates, plastic silverware, all the ingredents for the omelet's, eggs, ham, cheese, onion's, tomatoes, pepppers, salsa, bags, pots, cloths pins, magic markers, skewers.
What ever other people want to go with there omelets, that will work.

As Carlson (Pat & Sven) mentioned Stewart and I will be supplying the ingredients for the "Omelet in the Bag" for the pot luck breakfast. If someone would like to supply hash browns or bacon to go with it. That would be great.

Does the campground have a function hall, with tables and chairs that we can use for meals and maybe some food preperation??
Head Chef in Charge, no not really, just an organizer.
We will run the food, meals under the ICS system.
Incident Command System, We will need Operatin Section, Set it up under Branches and Groups, Logistic Section, for facilities, table, chairs, food pre area, etc.
It will be fun and organized.

Looks like Lorraine and I will be arriving prior to Labor Day weekend so if there are any errands that need to be run or details that require a one on one, face to face we will have plenty of time.

In the volunteer thread, Sharon and I volunteered to be greeters and bring name tags. DCP beat me to the punch on the nametags so we will not bring them.
