Good Sam Emergency Road Service
Have read the mixed reviews on Good Sam. My turn in the barrel. Needed a tow. Called Good Sam. Pleasant courteous answer, asking all the right questions re 4WD etc. Within five minutes of terminating the call, had a text with details, and within 15 minutes a flatbed tow truck showed up, with again a courteous driver. Have had the insurance for 7 years, first time used. Good Sam gets an A+ from me on this one. I had gone on line, found the nearest Fort Dealership, and that is where they took the truck.

We too have Good Sam Emergency Road Service for years. This year we lost a brake line for our Big Sky and they were fantastic. We were at a campground so we were not stranded, they called around and found us a place, called us back to see if that was satisfactory for us and we chose to wait a day and have them tow us in the morning.
The place that fixed our Big Sky was fantastic and great service.
With Good Sam's I really feel that you are not stranded or alone on the road...

I am glad things worked out well for you, Mike. There are going to be good and bad opinions on just about anything, and I'm sure that there are a lot of positive stories regarding GS ERS. Unfortunately for me, my personal experience left a really bad taste and I doubt I'll be giving them another chance.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Mine was good. I lost the front drivers side wheel on I-90. I had a spare but did not want to start putting it on while that close to the traffic. I called and truck was there in about 1 hr. not too bad considering he came about 30 miles. he put up cones and flares and changed it real quick with new lug nuts. Luckily the studs were still good. Yes it was on the Montana not the TV

We have it now have used it and have no complaints. We shop every two years for a different plan since they are pretty much all the same and take advantage of the introductory offers.

Our Good Sam adventure went pretty much right. On Feb 1, between Savannah and Macon, GA, our old truck decided it had gone far enough. Two trucks showed up in about half hour; one towed the fifth wheel and the other the truck. Pulled us to a dealer and after three-four days of negotiations, we left with a new truck. Very expensive few days but not a cent to GS.

Have had good Sam road service 13 years. Had one non emergncy issue and contacted Marcus Lemonis email address. Got a return email within 15 minutes. The issue was immediately resolved plus we got a free 6 month membership extension.
