Day night shades and clear glass

I know this is probably a stupid question. We have day night shades on our 2003 3670. They work great but I would like to be able to look at the windows without the day shade in place. Am I missing something? Are day night shades one or the other or is there a way to use them without the day shade in place, allowing clear view out the glass. Easy without hassle.

Unless I'm missing something here, you just raise the night shade and then raise the day shade. Don't do them both at once and make sure they go up even on each side. The strings will last longer that way.

You have day/night shades or you can just use the day shades. We went with Levelors from Lowes....white with light darkening. Easy to mount and really easy to raise and lower in our 3670. We used the same kind in our Wildcat also.
