We've just upgraded our 2012 292BHDS to a 2021 HC 385BR. We've joined the forum to get as much information as possible as we move forward. We love the RV even though we've had a rough start with warranty items. (Two window replacements with bad glazing, a shattered oven door glass on the way home from picking it up, bubbled linoleum on stair and floor trim not attached). We look forward to the being part of the forum.

Welcome to the forum and hope you get your issue resolved shortly so you can really enjoy your new rig. We also just purchased a new one, Montana 3121RL and so far just a few little minor fixes, nothing major and we hope it stays that way! Anyhow, welcome and be safe out there!!!
