Part timers again...
Well, we decided, after 6 years of fulltiming to settle down in south Florida. We closed on our new home today and now the excitement begins.
We've sure enjoyed our fulltiming adventures and will continue to read the forum (the best in the world!) but won't be traveling as much as I was offered a position that I couldn't turn down.
We finally, after a year of looking, found a home where we can park our Big Sky and that meets all of all other requirements.
We're sorta sorry that we're not traveling, but are looking forward to our next adventure.
We love all of you, our MOC friends.

Best of luck. Things just move forward. At least you have the Monty when you want to use it.

One of the prerequisitements to taking the position was if we have a hurricane, we hook up and haul ass...
Thank you for the good thoughts!

Charlie,
Yes we will continue with the LEDs at www.filamentfree.com because we are devoted to the MOC membership; we bought our first one because of the forum and bought our second for the same reason.
We offer a 20% discount at checkout if you use coupon code MOC at checkout.
We want to travel, but I will give 10 years to my employer because they are being so good to me. After this, we will hit the road AGAIN!

My experience has shown me that going back to a stick house life style ain't all bad. We enjoy building friendships with neighbors, having a pet, even doing the yard with the right equipment. Having a good church and in a friendly rural area has been refreshing and freedom of a different sort.

Michael and Kat,
Congrats on the new S &B. As my wife says "life is like a book, you read a chapter and move on to the next". We hope this next chapter is as exciting as the last!

Life is about change. Glad to hear this was a choice for you and not a must do.
Good luck with this new chapter in your life!

Have always read your posts and glad to here you will continue to do the LED business. Have often read and reread you posts on the mods that makes your Monty a better place to live. Hope the new stick house will also serve you as well. Will you have the Monty on full hookup at the new digs?

I don't think I'll ever fulltime, but will spend the cold Northeast months in Florida. The LED lights I got from you is the best mod I did to my trailer. Hope this new chapter in your life brings you peace and happiness.

I am planning to convert some of the ceiling lights to 12 volt, just like our 5er, complete with 80 amp converter and batteries. In the event of a power outage, I'll have batteries and our Hondas with a transfer switch.
