I assume our 2 dogs will be welcome (with the usual leash/cleanup rules)? Also, are there picnic tables at the sites? Thanks.

Dusty and Gabby Girl (my rescue dogs) say the more dogs, the merrier. 😄 Yes, we use our leashes and lots of dog poop bags to make everyone happy! 😄

There are limited picnic tables and not at every site.

Hope to see you at the rally!

There might be a chance that I'm not going to be able to make it to the rally this year because of going out of state for work. When is the cut off date for getting my money back? I should know in about a month when I will be done with this job.
Thank you

The cut-off date for Rally registration is July 15, 2023 @ 11:59 pm.

Any cancellation prior to the cut-off date will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

After the cut-off date, a partial refund will be considered only after the Rally has ended and all bills have been paid. Any refund considered at that time will have a $100.00 cancellation fee included.
Note: Any of our Canadian friends that register for the Rally will not be charged a cancellation fee if the United States/Canadian border is not open to allow them to travel to or from the States. As long as the border is open, the above refund policy will be enforced.

I am new to this and will be registering tonight. Been on the waitlist and received email stating to sign up. Two questions. How big is the sites and is there room for two dogs. Also are they full hookups. I hope I am doing this right

The sites are not huge but big enough, you'll be able to get your awnings all the way out, lots of people have dogs in fact there is a pet parade. All sites are full hook ups with 50 amp for the rally. Last year was our first and it was a blast, can't wait for this year.

Just make sure you have extra length of sewer hose as I believe some are quite a ways toward the rear of the sites.
