Houston RV Show
This is my first time to sign on, enjoy the site very much. I have a question, The Houston RV Show starts wednesday Feb. 9-13. Will anyone in the Houston area be planning to attend? We like to go to see what new ideas are available. We have our new Monty on order, the 3295RK can hardly wait. Hope to see some of you there.

Yes, I plan to attend the show, but we are not sure when it will fit into our schedule. Since I have never been to one of these shows, I don't know whether it is better to go early in the week or later. I think the weekend will be really crowded. We may try Thursday between 4 and 5 PM. It would be neat to meet some of you there in person.

Welcome aboard, Jerrie, and congratulations on the 3295RK. We sure like ours. We're not in the Houston area so won't be at that show but hopefully someone else will come along who will be there. Let us know how it goes with the new Montana.

Howdy! We posted a similar query a few days ago. Cheryl and I like the weekdays when possible. Usually fewer people at the show. However, weekends, although more crowded, aren't too big of a pain in the keester. I had suggested a quick, small-group breakfast or lunch before the show if schedules could be arranged. As Cheryl was out a day this week (sick), we'll probably go on Saturday. I'll keep an eye on both threads for any replies.

Well, we finally got our schedule together and discovered that Friday is our only available day. I have a dental appointment early, so we should arrive between say 10:30 and 11:00 AM. Honestly, we won't last until 5:00 PM.
Our Saturday is wrapped around a previous commitment out of town. Tomorrow, Dianna's presence is required at NASA. It's Friday or not at all. If any of you plan to attend at these hours, send a private message and I will give you my pager number (which is more reliable than my cell in large metal buildings) and I will call you back on the cell, then maybe we can meet.

noon to 9:00PM Wed-Sat
