Keystone Service Center - Thank You!
I just wanted to say thank you to the staff at the Keystone Service Center. They represent what I believe to be the true spirit of the Montana brand. They listen to me, They fit me into their schedule even though I did not have an appointment and corrected my issue where others failed.
THANK YOU KEYSTONE! Good service and standing behind your product keeps us coming back to the Montana brand!

Thanks Keystone, job well done.

The same goes for Bev & I. Our appt. was to just 'look' at a possible frame flex problem, and Darrell got us in right away. After two days, they fixed or replaced everything but the 'ol kitchen sink', it seems. Above and beyond what we ever expected to have done. Their courteous and sympathetic ear was a welcome relief to our concerns.
Again, THANKS Darrell, George, & the guys out in the service bays. The donuts were a small price to pay for the service you provide. An experience like this goes a LONG way in keeping customers in the Montana family...

likewise from us. Darrell had our rig looked at. The service staff made some corrections and we have an appointment in Nov. to look after some more repairs.

I just dropped by because I wanted to meet the folks at the service center and George took me for a tour of the facility. Darrell ran over and introduced himself..Great facility, efficiently run.Oh..I saw , for the very first time in 25 years of camping a camper that had the rear of the fridge burned out..It caught fire while going down the road with the fridge on gas,,,,it can happen..

I seen that one too Rich. Made me think twice about leaving it on while driving home. It wasn't a Montana but I don't remember what brand it was. Burned up the outside wall and part of the roof area above the fridge.
We too have an appointment in early November to get ours repaired. Darrell looked it over and asked if we could bring it back later as they were really busy while we were there and we jumped at an opportunity to return to the Goshen area to visit again.

Believe it was an Outback. Frig caught fire, while on the road, as Rich says, went right thru the roof. They were flagged down by passing motorist. Story we heard was that the SC told them they would be better off if the insurance company totaled it. It was there when we pulled in before the Rally. I would have to say they were some very lucky people the afternoon that thing caught on fire. Sure catches your attention when you see it. shudder shudder.

We also had the good fortune to squezze into the service center before leaving Goshen. Our dealer had tried twice to fix bedroom slide. Keystone did a retro fit and adjusted all the slides. They even checked to see if we had a flex problem...we didn't.
