2000 mod 3555 price

Not sure if this is right spot. Looking at a 2000 3555 montana that has no furniture in it. They are asking just under 10,000 dollars for it.Is this a good price and what else should I look for? For the time being this will be setting in Idaho being that the wife and I just bought some land and we will be using it when we go over there. Thank for the help.
