This is the 3582RL model and is complete with a Mor Ryde Hitch, Michelin tires (no Marabombs!), has the Moving to Montana, Full Time Living, and Paramount Packages. We are asking $45,000 for the unit, and this is well in line with NADA guidelines. Price is somewhat negotiable.

Why are you selling?

Thanks for asking. We have decided to go into a park model as opposed to a fifth wheel - the decision was made because this way we can bring along aging parents when we are in Florida (which as you know, isn't possible in a fifth wheel for an extended period of time).
